RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. If a carrier was used.
2. Mail your returned item to: Unique Uniforms for Work, Returns Department tracking #, 13, Great George Street, Wigan, Lancashire, WN3 4DL.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Custom made garment can under no circumstances be returned, this is because they are bespoke to your requirements.
- All items cannot be returned if they are decorated/embroidered/printed.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item (this does not apply to any custom made garment or decorated item/s) for a different size or colour. You will be subject to a 10% stocking fee and you will still have to pay return shipping.
Accepted Methods of Payment
- BACS transfer
Online orders (subject to stock availability, you will be notified by email/telephone if stock is not available then you will be given a back order date should you wish to wait till stock is available or choose an alternative garment/s) are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am -5pm
Custom made garments 3 – 4 weeks, upon receipt of your order (to discuss this in more detail please call 01942 495004 and we will be only to happy to chat)
Royal Mail Postal Service
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st class Royal Mail Postal Service will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is £6.50 plus vat at the standard rate. Before the final checkout page you will have the chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will note be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

You have the right to review your data any any time, and you may request removal of any / all data relating to you at any time.
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents date is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
